Hampton Inn Louisville-Airport

Our Only complaint and it's very minor, we had sausage every day for breakfast no bacon, lol. They had all the other stuff; eggs, oatmeal, cold cereal, freshly made waffles, muffins galore, etc. The Staff was Fantastic especially Kara!! Thanks So Much for an enjoyable stay!! Fresh coffee ALL day!! Very Clean rooms, Beautiful pool!!

This hotel was very clean and well kept up. Free breakfast each morning is provided. You can get scrambled eggs, make your self waffles, cereal, toast and more. Pleasant eating area by the main door. The only reason I am rating it 4 stars is being close to the airport I could hear the airplanes through most of the night. I am a light sleeper. I had a white noise machine and I could still hear it. I used my hilton points to stay here which is close to the same amount of points as Home2 Suites. But this hotel chain doesn't offer the choice to watch your Netflix account like home2 Suites and Embassy Suites. I did not see a lot of restaurants by the hotel. We ended up eating at the crowne plaza hotel's restaurant. I would not stay here again due to the noise and lack of near by restaurants.

I had an issue during my stay, but the hotel staff followed up and resolved it promptly. I appreciate the responsiveness and commitment to customer service! I would recommend staying at this location if you are flying from the airport!

Last night I was having trouble with my vehicle and Sheena helped me what a gem. Really goes “the extra mile.” I love the Hampton Inn by the Airport. Top Quality service from everyone. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and in good condition! The TV had poor connection at night, but improved in the morning. The bed was oh so comfortable, wish I had more time to sleep in it haha. The only thing though was that the room keys didn't work too well on one of our rooms so when everyone left that room, we actually couldn't get back in. We didn't think that would happen. So a mechanic had to be called to fix the issue. Other than that, one of the rooms were directly across from the elevator, so that got a little noisy. Breakfast was great, there was a lot of options. The area was pretty convenient being right near the airport. Wish I had more time to explore the city as it was my first time in Louisville but we were only passing through.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and appear to have been renovated recently. The location is very convenient to both the airport and downtown. The only criticism I have is that the hot breakfast was not hot. The eggs, potatoes and sausage patties were all cold.

Very convenient from the airport, about 10min. Walking distance to the Expo Center and the amusement park. 10-15 min drive for food and store. Hotel has breakfast every morning. Has an outdoor pool. Also has a decent gym. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very clean and updated. The pool area is nice, as well, and the pool is refreshingly clean. The staff is very professional and friendly, also. It’s so close to Kentucky Kingdom, you can see some of the rides. There is a shuttle that will take you so you don’t have to worry about parking and it is quick. The shuttle will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius. We will be coming back to this hotel.
